5 TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue
Power LED Is Not On
Fix
There is no power.
Check the AC wall adapter power connections and the AC
outlet.
Issue
Smartphone App Does Not Connect
Fix
If the wall adapter is getting AC power, check the CAT-5
patch cable is connected to Q’s RJ-45 Ethernet port, and
that your home network switch or router is powered.
Check that your smartphone is connected to your home’s
Wi-Fi network.
