when a single object is selected. The Calculation will be effective for a single selected

14.13 Arc
1. Move mouse to mark the 1st point;
2. Move mouse to mark the 2nd point;
3. Move mouse to mark the 3rd point, then an Arc with Label and its Length will be
drawn connecting these three points.
