CAUTION - we have received reports that this is not a simple
camera adapt to a scope. Nikon has changed much of its
adapter mounts to "proprietary" sizes and threads, so recent
products may not conform to older products of the same
model. Original information indicated that the Nikon adapter
ring (UR-E8) + 58-67mm step rings allowed adaption. Recent
information indicates this is incorrect. Aftermarket adapters
allowing for adaption to the Leupold 52mm ring are on the
market.
