LGT 4’ Tongue Extension

User Installation Instructions

ACC 3070

Tools Needed

Ratchet

¾” socket

¾” wrench (2)

9/16” wrench or socket with extension

Assembly

Lift coupler handle up to the unlocked position.

While pushing down on handle to compress the

Coil Spring, use a 3/4” racket to remove the lock

nut.

Step 1: Disassemble A-frame coupler

Remove the saftey cables on the coupler by removing the

bolts. Place the bolts back as shown.

Step 2: Remove Safety Cables

4’ Tongue Extension Step 3: Attach 16” tongue tube Locate the hole in the center on the angle in front of the trailer. Attach the 16” tongue tube using (1) ½-13 X 1 Hex cap scew, (1) ½-13 Nylon Insert Lock Nut and (1) ½ USS Flat washer. Step 4: Attach 72” tongue tube Locate the two holes on the 16” tongue tube and attach the 72” tongue tube using (2) ½-13 x 5 Hex Cap Screw, (2) ½-13 Nylon Insert Lock Nut and (4) ½ USS Flat Washer as shown.
