Parameter
Function
The FB contains the calculation of the system deviation and the PI controller.
The dynamics of the controller is parameterised according to the gain V
p
(C04090) and the reset
time T
n
(C04091):
[5-147] Step response of the controller
•By setting bReset to TRUE the controller is reset (P and I component).
The I component of the controller can be set via the inputs bLoadIntValue and dnIntValue.
This function is also active when the controller is reset via the input bReset, i.e. the integral
action component is loaded while a zero is output to the output. This provides the opportu-
nity to reset the controller with a signal and simultaneously initialise the integral action com-
ponent for the following enable:
The correcting variable of the controller is automatically limited to the range ±2
31
-1 (±200 %).
If a small setting range is required, the positive and negative output limit value can be set in-
dividually via C04095 and C04096.
When the controller reaches the output limitation, the P component has priority over the I
component.
