Parameter
Function
The FB contains the calculation of the system deviation and the PI controller.
• The dynamics of the controller is parameterised according to the gain V
p
(C04090) and the reset
time T
n
(C04091):
[5-147] Step response of the controller
•By setting bReset to TRUE the controller is reset (P and I component).
• The I component of the controller can be set via the inputs bLoadIntValue and dnIntValue.
• This function is also active when the controller is reset via the input bReset, i.e. the integral
action component is loaded while a zero is output to the output. This provides the opportu-
nity to reset the controller with a signal and simultaneously initialise the integral action com-
ponent for the following enable:
• The correcting variable of the controller is automatically limited to the range ±2
31
-1 (±200 %).
• If a small setting range is required, the positive and negative output limit value can be set in-
dividually via C04095 and C04096.
• When the controller reaches the output limitation, the P component has priority over the I
component.
