5.132 L_SdProcessController - PID controller with limitation
This function block provides a comprehensive PID controller with setpoint and actual value proces-
sing as well as characteristic function.
• The function block basically consists of an interconnection of the following function blocks:

• The value output to the output dnOut_n is internally limited to the limit range parameterised
in C04381 and C04382 (default setting ±200 %).
•The bLimitActive output displays if a limitation is active.

Initialise ramp function generator and PT1 filter

FALSE The ramp function generator runs with the acceleration/decelerati-
on time set in C04375 from the actual value loaded via dnActValue_n
to the setpoint applied to dnSetValue_n.
• In the Lenze setting, the acceleration/deceleration time (C04375)
is set to zero.
TRUE The dnActValue_n actual value is loaded into the ramp function ge-
nerator and PT1 filter. The current system deviation is zero.
