5.2 L_CamContactor - cam group with switch-on and switch-off dynamisation

Position-time cams in positive effective direction
If the input position dnPosIn_p reaches the cam switch-on position in positive effective direction,
the output bOut is set to TRUE and is only reset to FALSE after the time defined has elapsed.
Once the output is set to TRUE, a following change in direction has no impact on the cam signal.

Position-time cams in negative effective direction
If the input position dnPosIn_p reaches the cam switch-on position in negative effective direction,
the output bOut is set to TRUE and is only reset to FALSE after the time defined has elapsed.
Once the output is set to TRUE, a following change in direction has no impact on the cam signal.
