Dangerously high temperatures
The filter is not protected against mains phase failure. In the event
of a mains phase failure, the filter may become very hot.
Possible consequences:
ƒ Destruction of the device.
ƒ Smouldering or open fire.
Protective measures:
ƒ Change the setting for code C00565 from "Warning" to "Fault" or
ƒ select a wiring for the bMctrlMainsFault status output
(LS_DeviceMonitor) system block which causes the system to
shutdown within one minute if said output is set to HIGH.

Conditions of Acceptability:
ƒ These devices shall be used within their Recognized ratings as
described in the ratings section.
ƒ The suitability of the mounting means is to be determined in the
end use application.
ƒ These devices have been evaluated for factory wiring only.
ƒ These devices have been investigated for use in a Pollution
Degree 2 environment.
ƒ These devices are to be installed in a suitable end−product
enclosure.
