DC−voltage supply
 Note!
With external voltage supply, please always use a separate power supply unit
in every control cabinet.
DC voltage supply
Internal The internal voltage is available at terminal X3.3/20. It is used to supply the
controller inhibit (CINH), see 41.
External External voltage supply is necessary
l for stations which are disconnected from the mains but their communication
with the master is to be maintained.
l for stations with activated bus terminating resistor which are to be
disconnected from the mains although the bus system is to remain active.
