their knowledge

relevant standards,
regulations,
satety
standards
and
operational
environment,
have been
authorized
by
the
person
responsible
tor
the
safety
ot
the
equipment
to
pertorm
the
required
work
and
are
able
to
recognize
and
avoid
potential
risks.
