3.SettheNFCdeviceoptiontoEnabled.
•FortheWindows8.1operatingsystem:
1.Gotothedesktopandmovethepointertothetop-rightorbottom-rightcornerofthescreentobring
upthecharms.ThenclickSettings➙ChangePCsettings➙Network➙Radiodevices.
2.SlidetheNFCswitchtotherighttoenabletheNFCfeature.
YoucanusetheNFCfeaturewithNFCsupportedprograms,suchastheLenovoQuickControlprogramor
theLenovoSHAREitprogram.

Youcanconnectyourcomputertoaprojectortogivepresentationsoryoucanconnectyourcomputer
toanexternalmonitortoexpandyourworkspace.
Changingdisplaysettings
Youcanchangethedisplaysettings,suchasthedisplayresolution,fontsize,andsoon.
Tochangethedisplaysettings,dothefollowing:
1.OpenControlPanelandclickAppearanceandPersonalization.
2.ClickDisplayforfurtherconfiguration.
3.ClickApply.Thechangewilltakeeffectafteryoulogoff.
Connectingaprojectororanexternalmonitor

Usinganexternalmonitor
Note:Whenyouconnectanexternalmonitor,avideointerfacecablewithaferritecoreisrequired.
Yourcomputercansupportamaximumvideoresolutionofupto2560x1440orupto1600x900,provided
thattheexternalmonitoralsosupportsthatresolution.Formoreinformationabouttheexternalmonitor,refer
tothemanualsprovidedwiththeexternalmonitor.
Youcansetanyresolutionforeitherthecomputerdisplayortheexternalmonitor.Whenyouusebothatthe
sametime,theresolutionofbothisthesame.Ifyousetahigherresolutionforthecomputerdisplay,you
canseeonlypartofthescreenatatime.YoucanseeotherpartsbymovingtheimagewiththeTrackPoint
pointingdeviceoranotherpointingdevice.
IntheDisplaySettingswindow,youcanmovethedisplayoutputtothecomputerdisplay,theexternal
monitor,orboth.
