UsingtheBluetoothconnection
Bluetoothcanconnectdevicesashortdistancefromoneanother,andiscommonlyusedforconnecting
peripheraldevicestoacomputer,transferringdatabetweenhand-helddevicesandapersonalcomputer,or
remotelycontrollingandcommunicatingwithdevicessuchasmobilephones.
Dependingonthemodel,yourcomputermightsupporttheBluetoothfeature.Totransferdatathrough
theBluetoothfeature,dothefollowing:
1.EnsurethattheBluetoothfeatureisenabled.
•IfyouareusingtheWindows8.1operatingsystem,theBluetoothfeatureisenabledbydefault.
•IfyouareusingtheWindows7operatingsystem,toenabletheBluetoothfeature,tapthewireless
icon
intheFunctionmodetoenableordisablethewirelessfeatures,andthenfollowthe
instructionsonthescreen.FormoreinformationonhowtodisplaytheFunctionmode,see“Adaptive
Keysoverview”onpage24.
2.Locatethedatayouwanttosendandright-clickthedata.

youwanttosend,andthenright-clickthedata.
3.SelectSendTo➙BluetoothDevices.
4.SelectaBluetoothdevice,andthenfollowtheinstructionsonthescreen.
Note:Ifyouusethewirelessfeature(the802.11standards)ofyourcomputersimultaneouslywitha
Bluetoothoption,thedatatransmissionspeedcanbedelayedandtheperformanceofthewirelessfeature
canbedegraded.
