–Thevolumeisnotturnedtothelowestlevel.

•Problem:Asong,video,orothermedialecannotbeplayed.
Suggestedsolution:Checkandmakesurethatthemedialeisnotcorrupted.
Externaldeviceconnectionproblems
•Problem:Aconnectionisnotestablishedwhenyouconnectthetablettoacomputer.
Suggestedsolution:EnsurethatthecomputerUSBcableyouareusingiscompatiblewithyourtablet.
AlsoensurethattheUSBcableisconnectedtothemicro-USBconnectorofyourtablet.
•Problem:Bluetoothdevicescannotbelocated.
Suggestedsolution:Makesurethat:
–TheBluetoothwirelessfeatureisactivatedonyourtablet.
–TheBluetoothwirelessfeatureisactivatedonthedevicetowhichyouwanttoconnect.
–YourtabletandtheBluetoothdevicearewithinthemaximumBluetoothrange(10m).

Ifyoustillencounterthesameproblemafteryourestartyourtablet,resetyourtabletandrestartitagain,and
thenperformafactorydataresetoperationbydoingthefollowing:
1.FromthemainHomescreen,touchtheAndroidSettingsicononLenovoLaunchZone,ortouchthe
applicationsiconfromtheactionbarandthentouchSettings.TheAndroidSettingsscreenopens.
2.TouchPrivacy➙Factorydatareset.
3.TouchResetsystem.ThisactionwillerasealldatafromyourtabletincludingyourGoogleAccounts,
applicationandsystemsettings,anddownloadedapplications.
