devicescansharethetablet’smobiledataconnection.
4.TostopsharingyourdataconnectionthroughWi-Fi,clearthePortableWi-Fihotspotcheckbox.
TosecureyourportableWi-Fihotspot:
1.FromthemainHomescreen,touchtheAndroidSettingsicononLenovoLaunchZone,ortouchthe
applicationsiconfromtheactionbarandthentouchSettings.TheAndroidSettingsscreenopens.
2.TouchWireless&networks➙Tethering&portablehotspot➙CongureWi-Fihotspot.
3.TouchtheSecuritymenutocongurethenetworkwithWi-FiProtectedAccess2securitywitha
presharedkey(WPA2PSK).
IfyoutouchWPA2PSK,apasswordeldisdisplayedintheCongureWi-Fihotspotdialogbox.After
youtypeapassword,youneedtotypethatpasswordthenexttimeyouconnecttothetablet’shotspot
withacomputerorotherdevice.Toremovethepassword,touchOpenontheSecuritymenu.

Whenthetabletisconnectedtoyourcomputerthroughthemicro-USBconnector,amenuisdisplayedon
yourtabletwiththefollowingoptions:
•Low-powerchargeonly.(Pleaseturnoffyourtablet'sscreen)
Ifyouchoosethisoption,turnoffthetabletscreenbypressingthepowerbutton.
