Typingtext,numbers,symbols,andothercharacters
Whenyouneedtotypetext,touchthetexteldtobringuptheonscreenkeyboard,thentouchkeysonthe
keyboardtotype.Toclosetheonscreenkeyboard,touchthedownarrowbutton
fromthesystembar.
•FortheAndroidkeyboard:
Touchtheshiftkeytocapitalizethecharacter.Double-taptheshiftkeytomakeallcharacters
capitalized.Bydefault,theauto-capitalizationfunctionisenabledwhenyouaretypingEnglish.
Totypenumbersandsymbols,touchthe123key
toswitchtothenumbersandsymbolskeyboard.
Toinputtextbyspeaking,touchthemicrophonekeytostartspeaking.
•FortheFlexT9keyboard:
Touchtheshiftkeytocapitalizethecharacter.Double-taptheshiftkeytomakeallcharacters
capitalized.Bydefault,theauto-capitalizationfunctionisenabledwhenyouaretypingEnglish.
Totypenumbersandsymbols,touchthe123key
toswitchtothenumbersandsymbolskeyboard.
FlexT9alsosupportsspeakmode,whichmeansyoucaninputtextbyspeaking.Tousethespeakmode,
touchthedragonamekeyandspeakthetextthatyouwanttoinput.Whenyouaredone,simply
stoptalking.FlexT9convertsyourspeechtovisualtext.Innoisyenvironments,itmightbenecessaryto
manuallystopthespeakmodebytouchinganywhereonthekeyboard.
