ThinkVantageToolboxhasanautomaticbatterydiagnosticthatdeterminesifthebatterypackisdefective.Abattery
packFRUshouldnotbereplacedunlessthisdiagnosticshowsthatthebatteryisdefective.
Theonlyexceptiontothisisifthebatterypackisphysicallydamagedoracustomerisreportingapossiblesafetyissue.
IfThinkVantageToolboxisnotinstalledinthecomputer,thecustomershoulddownloadthisprogrambeforea
non-physicallydamagedbatterypackisreplaced.Notethataphysicallydamagedbatterypackisnon-warranty
replacement.
