Ifyouhavetriedtocorrecttheproblemyourselfandstillneedhelp,duringthewarrantyperiod,youcan
gethelpandinformationbytelephonethroughtheCustomerSupportCenter.Thefollowingservicesare
availableduringthewarrantyperiod:
•Problemdetermination-Trainedpersonnelareavailabletoassistyouwithdeterminingifyouhavea
hardwareproblemanddecidingwhatactionisnecessarytoxtheproblem.
•Lenovohardwarerepair-IftheproblemisdeterminedtobecausedbyLenovohardwareunderwarranty,
trainedservicepersonnelareavailabletoprovidetheapplicablelevelofservice.
•Engineeringchangemanagement-Occasionally,theremightbechangesthatarerequiredafteraproduct
hasbeensold.Lenovooryourreseller,ifauthorizedbyLenovo,willmakeselectedEngineeringChanges
(ECs)availablethatapplytoyourhardware.
