Solution:Gentlycleanthesurfaceofthereaderwithadry,soft,lint-freecloth.
•Problem:Thereaderoftenfailstoenrollorauthenticateyourngerprint.
Solution:Ifthesurfaceofthereaderisdirty,stained,orwet,gentlycleanthesurfaceofthereader
withadry,soft,lint-freecloth.
Ifyourngerhasanyofthefollowingconditions,youmaynotbeabletoregisterorauthenticateit:
–Yourngeriswrinkled.
–Yourngerisrough,dry,orinjured.
–Yourngerisverydry.
–Yourngerisstainedwithdirt,mud,oroil.
–Thesurfaceofyourngerisverydifferentfromwhenyouenrolledyourngerprint.
–Yourngeriswet.
–Angerisusedthathasnotbeenenrolled.
Toimprovethesituation,trythefollowing:
–Cleanorwipeyourhandstoremoveanyexcessdirtormoisturefromthengers.
–Enrollanduseadifferentngerforauthentication.
–Ifyourhandsaretoodry,applylotiontothem.

1.Turnoffthecomputer.
2.Makesurethattheover-dischargedbatterypackisinthecomputer.
3.Connecttheacpoweradaptertothecomputerandletitcharge.
IftheoptionalQuickChargerisavailable,useittochargetheover-dischargedbatterypack.
Ifthebatterypackcannotbefullychargedin24hours,useanewbatterypack.
