Verifythat:
•Thecomputeristurnedon.
•Thebatteryorbatteriesinstalledinthewirelesskeyboardormouseareingood
condition.
•Thewirelesscongurationsareallsetcorrectly.Youmightneedtoreferto
thedocumentationthatcomewiththewirelesskeyboardormouse,orrefer
toyourWindowsHelpandSupportinformationsystemforwirelessrelated
instructions.Ifyourwirelessmousehasadongle,makesurethedongleis
correctlyconnectedtooneoftheUSBconnectorsonthecomputer.
•Forthewirelesskeyboard,nokeysarestuck.
•Thewirelessmouseisclean.
Theoperatingsystemdoesnot
start.
Verifythatyoulistthedevicewheretheoperatingsystemresidesinthestartup
devicesequence.Usually,theoperatingsystemisontheharddiskdrive.Formore

Thecomputerbeepsmultiple
timesbeforetheoperating
systemstarts.
Verifythatnokeysarestuck.
