Toreplaceanopticaldrive,dothefollowing:
1.Turnoffthecomputeranddisconnectallpowercordsfromelectricaloutlets.
2.Removethecomputercover.See“Removingthecomputercover”onpage32.
3.Removethefrontbezel.See“Removingandreinstallingthefrontbezel”onpage32.
4.Pivotthedrivebayassemblyupward.See“Accessingthesystemboardcomponentsanddrives”

5.Disconnectthesignalcableandthepowercablefromtheopticaldrive.
6.Holdtheopticaldriveandremovethetwoscrewsthatsecuretheopticaldrive.
