Bluetoothproblem
Symptom:SounddoesnotcomefromtheBluetoothheadsetorheadphonebutcomesfromthelocal
speakereventhoughtheheadsetorheadphoneisconnectedusingtheHeadsetproleorAVprole.
Action:Dothefollowing:
1.Exittheapplicationthatusesthesounddevice(forexample,WindowsMediaPlayer).
2.OpenControlPanel.
3.ClickHardwareandSound➙Sound.
4.SelectthePlaybacktab.
5.IfyouareusingtheHeadsetprole,selectBluetoothHands-freeAudioandclicktheSetDefault
button.IfyouareusingtheAVprole,selectStereoAudioandclicktheSetDefaultbutton.
6.ClickOKtoclosetheSoundwindow.

Symptom:Anoptionthatwasjustinstalleddoesnotwork.
Action:Verifythat:
•Theoptionisdesignedforyourcomputer.
•Youfollowedtheinstallationinstructionssuppliedwiththeoptionandtheinstallationinstructionsprovided
withyourcomputer,andalloptionles(suchasdevicedrivers,ifrequired)areinstalledcorrectly.
•Youhavenotloosenedotherinstalledoptionsorcables.
•Iftheoptionisanadapter,youhaveprovidedenoughhardwareresourcesfortheadaptertofunction
correctly.Seethedocumentationsuppliedwiththeadapter(aswellasthedocumentationforanyother
installedadapters)todeterminetheresourcesrequiredforeachadapter.
