Prestart

TheRemoteManagementModulehasanembeddedWebserverandanapplicationwithmultiplestandard

interfaces.Thissectiondescribestheseinterfacesandtheirusages.YoucanusetheTCP/IPprotocolto

accesstheseinterfaces.

.TheusernameinthisSectionis“root”.Besides“root”,otherusernames

andpasswordsarealsoaccepted.Thedefaultusernameandpasswordareasfollows:

ManagementModuleviaencryptedHTTPSprotocolorHTTPprotocol.WhenaccessingthroughtheHTTP

protocol,notethat:

•WithaccesstoThinkServerRemoteManagementModuleviatheHTTPSprotocol,thebrowsermay

promptyoutotrustandinstallthesecuritydigitalcertication,andyoujustfollowthepromptstoimport

andconrmthecertication.

•InIE6onWindows2003operatingsystem,ifusingHTTPSprotocoltoaccesstheRemoteManagement

Module,youneedtouncheckInternetExplorerEnhancedSecurityCongurationitemintheControl
