What is the IP address to connect the device over the internet?
Answer:
Enable the remote access, which will display the internal and external IP addresses. Use internal IP
address if you are connecting the device in local network. Use external IP address if you are connecting
the device from the external world through internet.

Recorded data will be stored in the device even after uninstalling the application.
What are all the pre-configuration and prerequisites for viewing the video
remotely?
Answer:
Remote access or Personal cloud should be enabled.
When you enter the wrong license key, the ‘Some of the License Keys are
incorrect’ message is displayed.

Ensure the following:
