PTZ Operations
When the icon is displayed next to the camera (Select Cameras), the camera supports PTZ
operations. To work with the PTZ controls, you must select the camera by either clicking the top or
bottom of its live view screen. The selected live view screen will be displayed with a blue colored border
as shown in the following figure.

The following table provides information about the PTZ controls that you can use to perform the PTZ
operations.
 Note: Some PTZ cameras may not support certain PTZ controls. These controls will appear as
disabled.
PTZ Operation
Description
Indicates that the camera is a PTZ camera.
Saves the current position as home position.
Use (click or hold) the arrow controls to pan or tilt the camera
movements towards left, right, up, or down.
Note: The movement begins after you hold the mouse (right
button) and the movement ends after you release the mouse.
