•Ifthesoftwareprogramusedtoworkcorrectly,butdoesnotworkcorrectlynow,dothefollowing:
–OntheWindowsEmbeddedStandard7operatingsystem,clickStart➙ControlPanel➙System
andSecurity➙System➙SystemProtection➙SystemRestore.Then,followtheinstructionson
thescreen.
•Ifyouareunabletoresolvetheproblemthroughothermethods,uninstallthesoftwareprogramand
reinstallit.

USBproblems
Symptom:TheUSBconnectorscannotbeaccessed.
Actions:
•EnsuretheUSBcableissecurelyconnectedtotheUSBconnectorandtotheUSBdevice.IftheUSB
devicehasitsownpowercord,makesureitisattachedtoaproperlygroundedelectricaloutlet.
•IftheUSBdevicehasitsownOn/Offswitch,makesureitisintheOnposition.
•IftheUSBdevicehasanOnlineswitch,makesureitisintheOnlineposition.
•IftheUSBdeviceisaprinter,makesurepaperisloadedcorrectly.
•EnsureanydevicedriversorothersoftwaresuppliedwiththeUSBdeviceiscorrectlyinstalled.Referto
thedocumentationfortheUSBdevice.
•ResetthedevicebydetachingandreattachingtheUSBconnector.
