Changingdisplaysettings
Youcanchangethedisplaysettings,suchasfontsizeorcolormodeornumericlock.
Fontsize
Tomakeafontsizelarger,dothefollowing:
1.Right-clickonthedesktop,andclickPersonalize.
2.ClickDisplayattheleft.
3.SelecttheMediumorLargerradiobutton.
4.ClickApply.Thechangewilltakeeffectafteryoulogoff.
Connectingaprojectororanexternaldisplay

Attachinganexternalmonitor
Yourcomputercansupportamaximumvideoresolutionofupto2048x1536,providedthattheexternal
monitoralsosupportsthatresolution.Formoredetails,refertothemanualsprovidedwithyourmonitor.
Youcansetanyresolutionforeitherthecomputerdisplayortheexternalmonitor.Whenyouusebothatthe
sametime,theresolutionofbothisthesame.Ifyousetahigherresolutionforthecomputerdisplay,you
canseeonlypartofthescreenatatime.YoucanseeotherpartsbymovingtheimagewiththeTrackPoint
pointingdeviceoranotherpointingdevice.
Youcanmovethedisplayoutputtothecomputerdisplay,theexternalmonitor,orbothintheDisplay
Settingswindow.
Connectinganexternalmonitor
Toattachanexternalmonitor,dothefollowing:
1.Connecttheexternalmonitortothemonitorconnector;thenconnectthemonitortoanelectricaloutlet.
2.Turnontheexternalmonitor.
3.ChangethedisplayoutputlocationbypressingF6.Thisenablesyoutoswitchbetweenviewingoutput
ontheexternaldisplay,thecomputerdisplay,andbothdisplays.
