2.PresstheupanddownarrowkeystoselectDeleteRAIDVolume.PressEntertoentertheDELETE

fromtheRAIDVolumeslist.
4.Whenprompted,pressYtoconfirmthedeletionoftheselectedRAIDvolume.
Resettingharddiskdrivestonon-RAID
Thissectionprovidesinstructionsonhowtoresetharddiskdrivestonon-RAID.
Toresetharddiskdrivestonon-RAID,dothefollowing:
1.EntertheIntelRSTeconfigurationutility.See“EnteringtheIntelRSTeconfigurationutility”onpage62.
2.PresstheupanddownarrowkeystoselectResetDiskstoNon-RAID.PressEntertoenterthe
RESETRAIDDATAwindow.
3.Usetheupanddownarrowkeysandthespacekeytomarkindividualharddiskdrivetobereset,
andthenpressEntertocompletetheselection.
4.Whenprompted,pressYtoconfirmtheresetaction.
5.IftheharddiskdriveyouresetispartofaRAIDvolume,thecomputermightdetectthattheRAIDvolume
isdegraded.Inthiscase,youarepromptedtoselectaharddiskdrivetoinitiatearebuildprocess.
6.Selectanavailableharddiskdrive,andthenpressEntertoinitiatetherebuildprocess.
Note:PressEsctocancelarebuildprocessandkeeptheRAIDvolumeinthedegradedstatus.Inthe
MainMenuwindowunderDISK/VOLUMEINFORMATION,youwillseethestatusoftheRAIDvolume
ischangedtoDegraded.
