Allorsomekeysonthe
keyboarddonotwork.
1.Makesurethatthekeyboardcableissecurelyconnected.
2.IfyouareusingaUSBkeyboardanditisconnectedtoaUSBhub,disconnect
thekeyboardfromthehubandconnectitdirectlytotheserver.
3.Replacethefollowingcomponentsoneatatime,intheordershown,restarting
theservereachtime:
a.Keyboard
b.(Trainedservicetechnicianonly)Systemboard
Themouseorpointingdevice
doesnotwork.
1.Makesurethat:
•Themouseorpointing-devicecableissecurelyconnectedtotheserver.
•Themouseorpointing-devicedevicedriversareinstalledcorrectly.
•Theserverandthemonitorareturnedon.
•ThemouseoptionisenabledintheSetuputility.
2.IfyouareusingaUSBmouseorpointingdeviceanditisconnectedtoaUSB
hub,disconnectthemouseorpointingdevicefromthehubandconnectit
directlytotheserver.
3.MovethemouseorpointingdevicecabletoanotherUSBconnector.
4.Replacethefollowingcomponentsoneatatime,intheordershown,restarting
theservereachtime:
