2.Turnofftheserverandperipheraldevices,anddisconnectthepowercordandallexternalcables.
3.Removetheharddiskdrivesfromthecage(see“Replacingharddiskdrives”onpage126.
4.Removethecover(see“Removingandinstallingthecover”onpage119).
Attention:Toensurepropercoolingandairow,donotoperatetheserverformorethan30minutes
withthecoverremoved.
5.Removetheharddiskdrivebackplaneorbackplate:

materialsforshippingthataresuppliedtoyou.
