of a message, the date and time of receipt and the name (if the name has
already been saved in the phonebook) or telephone number of the sender.
Ø press Options to do the following operations:
l Read: Read the message.
l Reply: Send messages to the recipients. (The menu appears only
when you are reading messages in the inbox.)
l Delete: Delete the message.
l Forward: Transfer the message to others.
l Call reply: Call the sender. (The menu appears only when you are
reading messages in the Inbox.)
l Extract number.: Extract a number from the message text and list it
on the screen. Press Left Softkey to edit or dial or send messages.
5.3 Outbox
Look over the messages you have sent.
Enter the outbox, choose one message, and press Options to do the following
operations:
l Read: Read the message.
l Delete: Delete the message.
l Send: Send messages to the recipients. (The menu appears only
when you are reading messages in the inbox.)
l Forward: Transfer the message to others.
l Extract number.: Extract a number from the message text and list it
on the screen. Press Left Softkey to edit or dial or send messages.
5.4 Draftbox
Save the messages you ready to sent.
Select draftbox to view the messages saved in the draftbox. Press Up/Down
key to select in the list, and press Options to choose.
l Read：View the selected message.
l Delete：Delete the selected message.
l Forward：Transfer the message to others.
5.5 Message settings
l Templates edit:You can edit ten present answer sentences.
l Message center: Input the short message service center number (You
must obtain this number from your service provider.), and then press Save
to store the number.
l Message validity: In the period of validity, the message center will repeat
to deliver a message till it is received. You can set one hour/twelve
