REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Your Lennox equipment may be registered in any of the following methods:

(1) complete the on-line product registration at www.WarrantyYourWay.com, (2) contact Lennox Customer Support at

www.lennox.com/help/contact-us/warranty (click on “E-mail our Contact Center”), or (3) contact Lennox Customer Support

at 1-800-9-LENNOX. The following information will be required to register:

• Owner name

• Address where equipment is installed

• Equipment serial and model number

• Installation or closing date

Much of this information will be on the invoice provided by the installing contractor. The unit model number and serial

number are also provided on the sticker found on the front of the literature bag assembly. Please contact the installing

contractor for assistance gathering this information. Any other method of registration is not valid and will result in

no coverage under this Extended Limited Warranty, except where registration is not required (e.g., California and

Quebec).
