3 Assembly and Disassembly
3.1 Requirements
Users are responsible for assembly and disassembly of the products. Bumping or machining on
surface of the Product should be avoided during assembly and disassembly.
3.2 Methods and steps
Here are the methods and steps:
a) The surface used to fix the product requires the flatness better than 0.02mm;
b) It is recommended that a layer of 0.2-0.5mm thermal conductive silicone should be
applied evenly on the bottom of the product during assembly;
c) It is recommended that an aluminum plate (larger than the product) is placed under the
assembly surface of the product during testing;
d) The magnetic field intensity at the assembly place of the product should be less than
1Gs.
3.3 Check after assembly
Check whether each mounting screw fits the mounting hole and is fixed.
4 Operation Procedures
4.1 Check before use
Check whether there is bumping or other physical damages on the appearance of the product.
4.2 Illustration of use methods
Methods of use:
a) Install the product on the carrier and correctly connect the cable according to the
requirements set in Table 3;
b) Start data output in the output signal form specified in 2.6.4.
4.3 Precautions
Relevant precautions:
a) Avoid frequent power-on and –off operation during use to prevent the gyroscope from
performance damage or less service life;
