Picture properties
Color reproduction
In addition to the sharpness, saturation and contrast settings, you
can also determine the basic color reproduction options:
Select
Film Mode
in the menu and then the desired setting in the
submenu
You can choose between Standard, Vivid – for highly saturated
colors – and
Natural – for slightly less saturated colors and a softer
contrast. There are also two black and white settings
B&W Natural
(natural) and
B&W High Contrast (high contrast).
Notes:
The settings for
Film Mode can be adapted further using the
options described in the previous section for the picture proper-
ties. In these cases, the color reproduction options are indicated
by an additional asterisk, e.g.
Standard*.
The settings for
Sharpness, Saturation, Contrast and Film Mode
only affect
JPG files, while DNG files remain unchanged.
