SETTING THE MENU FUNCTIONS

1. The main menu is called up using the

button

(1.26); the image parameters menu using the

SET

button (1.20).

• The rst 7 items then appear in the main menu

(or all 5 in the snapshot proﬁle) and all items in

the image parameters menu.

Notes:

• The image parameters menu is

– only accessible in picture mode (see p. 113), and

– only available when using aperture priority (see

p. 136) and manual (see p. 140) exposure

modes, but not with the snapshot proﬁle (see p.

102/141).

• The main menu is not accessible during the

DELETE

or protect process (see p. 153/154).

2. You can select the desired menu item either by

turning the setting dial (1.27) or by pressing the

up/down direction button (1.28).
