ChromoPlex™ 1 Dual Detection for BOND Catalog No: DS9477 Intended Use This detection system is for in vitro diagnostic use. ChromoPlex™ 1 Dual Detection is a biotin-free, polymeric horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-linker and polymeric alkaline phosphatase (AP)-linker antibody conjugate system for the detection of tissue-bound mouse and rabbit IgG primary antibodies. It is intended for staining sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue on the BOND automated system.

ChromoPlex™ 1 Dual Detection est un système sans biotine de conjugués d’anticorps et de polymères marqués à la peroxydase du raifort (HRP) et à la phosphatase alcaline (AP) pour la détection d’anticorps IgG primaires de souris et de lapin liés à des tissus.
Conservation et stabilité Entreposer à 2–8 °C. Ne pas congeler. Ne pas utiliser après la date de péremption indiquée sur l’étiquette du manche du plateau. Retourner immédiatement à 2–8 °C après utilisation. Conservazione e stabilità Conservare a 2-8 °C. Non congelare. Non usare dopo la data di scadenza indicata nell’etichetta dell’impugnatura del vassoio. Riporre a 2–8 °C immediatamente dopo l’uso. Non vi sono ovvi segni che indicano l’instabilità di questo prodotto; pertanto, contemporaneamente ai campioni non noti, devono essere corsi i controlli positivi e negativi (fare riferimento al “Controllo di qualità” nel paragrafo “Utilizzo dei reagenti BOND”della documentazione di BOND per l’utilizzatore).

ChromoPlex™ 1 Dual Detection ist ein biotinfreies, Polymer-Meerrettichperoxidase-(HRP)-Linker sowie Polymer-Alkaliphosphatase-(AP)Linker enthaltendes Antikörperkonjugatsystem zum Nachweis der gewebegebundenen Primärantikörper Maus-IgG und Kaninchen-IgG.
Lagerung und Stabilität Bei 2-8 °C aufbewahren. Nicht einfrieren. Nur bis zu dem auf dem Griffetikett angegebenen Verfallsdatum verwenden. Sofort nach Gebrauch wieder bei 2-8 °C lagern. Es gibt keine offensichtlichen Anzeichen, die auf eine Instabilität dieses Produktes hinweisen könnten; daher sollten positive und negative Kontrollen gleichzeitig mit unbekannten Proben durchgeführt werden (siehe „Qualitätskontrolle“ im Abschnitt „Verwendung der BOND-Reagenzien“ in Ihrer BOND-Benutzerdokumentation).
