4.4.10 Adhesive labels for system bottles and RTU-bottles
4. Initial Operation
The standard delivery of the ASP6025 includes two sets of adhesive labels.
This includes:
• 20xlabelsforthesystembottlesinthereagentcabinet.
• 10xlabelsfortheRTU-bottlesinthedrawer.
Labels for system bottles (Fig. 54)
The labels for system bottles come in eight dierent colors.
The colors are adapted to the selectable color palette for the
individual reagent groups in the instrument.
The labels (72) are applied to the front of the system bottles
(15) as shown in Fig. 55.
Thesurfaceonthesystembottlesmustbecleananddry;then
apply the label and press on rmly—especially at the edges.
The labels are resistant to the reagents used in the instrument.
The station number can be noted on the label as well as the date
when the reagent specied in the color table was commissioned
(Fig. 55).

Following manual lling, it is essential to
manually adjust the SMART screen settings in
the reagent status (see Chap. 5.2.1).
