• Harmfulreagentvaporsarecontinuouslysuctionedbackfromtheinltrationchamberintothe
instrument and ltered even after the chamber is opened, e.g. to reload cassettes or baskets.
• Allsolventvaporsaretransferredtotheexternalvacuumextractorviaaseparateportonthe
rear of the instrument.
• Coveroftheinltrationchamberwithintegralviewingwindowtoallowvisualcheckofthell
level and specimen baskets.
• Theinltrationchamberiscapableofholdingupto100,200or300standardcassettesdepending
on whether it is operated with one, two or three baskets.
• Thisfunctionisassuredby4opticallevelsensorsinsidetheinltrationchamber,whichhasa
maximum capacity of 4.8 liters.
• Optionally,theLeicaASP6025canalsobeoperatedwithreagentvolumesof3.8litersor5liters.
In the rst mode, the operator can choose between one and two basket operation, and in 5 liter
mode between one, two or three basket operation.
• RemoteCareInternetconnectionbetweentheLeicaASP6025andtheServiceSupportTeam
enablesoptimizedservicethroughpermanentmonitoringofinstrumentfunctions.
• Inltrationchamberwithsingle-handsafetycatchandlockingdevicewithaswitch,sothatit
can be opened (during a program sequence) when the ambient pressure has been reached.
• Multilingualuserinterface,graphicdisplayoftheprogramow(=SMART SCREEN), and
contextual online help are available for clarifying all menu steps.
• Accesstotheinstrumentcanbelimitedviaamultilevelpasswordprotectionsystem.
• Twoprogramsforcleaningtheinltrationchambercanbesupplementedwithawaterrinsing
step.
