Editing program steps (continued)
Setting a delay step
The delay step is the step that is prolonged to ensure that a program will nish at a specied time.
• Highlighttheprogramstepyouwishtodeneasdelaystep.
• TouchtheDELAY button.
The delay symbol is moved to the selected step, thus dening the step as delay step.
Copying program steps
• Highlightthestepyouwishtocopy.
• PresstheCOPY button to copy the highlighted step.
• Ifrequired,modifypropertiesofthestep.
• UsetheMOVE UP / MOVE DOWN buttons to move program steps up or down within an exist-
ing program without having to recreate those steps.
Deleting program steps
To delete a step from a program:
• Highlightthestepyouwishtodelete.
• PresstheDELETE button.
5. Operation
It is not possible to delete a step from a program consisting of only one step.
Programs must consist of at least one step.
Remember that a program step cannot be copied if the program already
contains the maximum number of 15 steps.
Adelaystepispermittedinxing,intermediumorparan.TheDELAYbutton
is disabled for other reagents.
