5. Operation
In the following program (that is to say when another inltra-
tion program is started in Concentration mode), the ethanol is
replaced.
For this purpose, fresh ethanol must be added manually to
RTU-bottle D4 in the drawer prior to the start of the program.
The operator is prompted to do this by a corresponding screen
instruction (Fig. 146).
This must be conrmed with YES before the program is started.
The ethanol is then transferred to system bottle S6 while the
program is running.

If NO (Fig. 146) is pressed, the adjacent message is displayed.
Pressing YES (Fig. 148) starts the program - WITHOUT ethanol
rotation! - Relling system bottle S6 is done manually and must
be conrmed in the reagent status (Fig. 140, p. 101).
Pressing NO stops the program or is stopped or does not start it.

Pressing OK (Fig. 147) starts the program - fresh ethanol is used.
If CANCEL is pressed, the program is stopped or does not start.
