S e ttin g Up Yo u r P -520 Ca m e ra G ENERAL P RECAUTIONS Use only the power supply provided with the system. Unplug the power supply when the system is not in use for extended periods. Do not place any of the equipment near a radiator, vent, or other place where it might be exposed to heat, moisture, dust, vibrations, or strong magnetic fields. Do not attempt to repair the camera. Contact a qualified technician or the dealer for service.
Setting Up the P-520 Camera Model P-520 User's Manual C ONNECTING THE C AMERA TO A VCR/DVR AND TV 1 Connect the 100 ft cable (supplied) to the camera. 2 Connect other end of the cable to the input on the VCR/DVR. (yellow connector = video in; white connector = audio in) 3 Connect an AV cable (not supplied) from the VCR/DVR to the TV. 4 Connect the power supply cable (supplied) to the camera (red plug). Plug the adapter into an electric outlet. Make sure the power adapter is in a dry place.
