Rebate: to cover up to 75% of the cost of installing EVSE, with
maximum rebate amounts capped at $500 for a two-way charger
and a $250 for a one-way charger.
Purchase a new Level 2 or higher EVC in this calendar year.
Provide a valid proof of purchase, including the charger's model
number, from a local retailer, the TEP Marketplace* or an online retailer
(not to include eBay or other resale sites) that ships the item to the
customer’s service address in TEP’s territory.
Be on an active Time-of-Use (TOU) rate plan and remain on the plan for
a minimum of two years.
The charger must be installed at the customer’s TEP service address.

Arizona
Tucson Electric Power (TEP) offers Electric discounts to residential
customers who own and operate a highway-approved plug-in EV
can receive a 5% reduction on their Base Power and Purchased
Power and Fuel Adjustment Clause charges during off-peak time
periods if they participate in their Time-of-Use or Demand Time-of-
Use pricing plans.
The customer of record must submit a copy of the vehicle's registration
to qualify for the discount.

Arkansas
There is a $200 incentive to builders who provide an approved 240-
volt receptacle for the purpose of electric vehicle charging within
new residential garage construction. This incentive will expire
April 5, 2025.
Builders must provide information on their building permit applications
if they intend to apply for this incentive. The incentive will is applicable
at time of submittal of the application only and is only applicable on
new construction.

Authorizes property owners to borrow funds to pay for energy
improvements, including purchasing and installing EVSE. The

repays the financing over a defined period of time

in California are authorized to establish PACE programs. Property
owners must meet certain requirements, including agreeing to a
contractual assessment on the property tax bill, having a clean
property title, and being current on property taxes and mortgages.
Financing limits are 15% of the first $700,000 of the property value

Rebate/Incentive: Offset Level 2 (240v) EV Charger hardware
costs. Available to residents within the four county jurisdiction
(http://www.aqmd.gov/nav/about/jurisdiction). The program
provides an incentive to buy-down the cost of residential chargers,
which typically range from $400-$800. The program is
administered on a first-come, first-served basis and provides up to
a $250 rebate or the cost paid for the charger, whichever is lower.
Low-income residents can qualify for a total rebate of $500 or the
cost paid for the charger, whichever is lower.
Charger would need to be in place for a minimum of three years and
would be considered a permanent, not temporary, installation.
