from

clip 
which 
secures 
it 
to 
the rear 
of 
the auger housing. 
3. 
Grasp 
the tool firmly by the 
handle 
and 
push 
and 
twist the 
tool into the 
discharge 
chute 
to 
dislodge the 
blockage. 
4.  Refasten the clean-out 
tool 
to 
the 
mounting clip on 
the rear 
of 
the auger housing. 
5. 
Make sure 
the 
discharge chute 
is 
pointed in a safe 
direction 
(no vehicles, buildings, people, 
or 
other 
objects are in 
the 
direction 
of 
discharge). Restart 
the engine. While standing in the operator's position 
(behind the snow blower), engage the auger control 
for 
a 
few 
seconds 
to 
clear any remaining snow and ice 
from the auger housing 
and 
the discharge chute.
