One Year Limited Warranty
Leffler Home does offer to our customers a limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship of one year. This warranty does
not cover fading, piling, cleaning, or shrinkage; and is not valid where there is evidence of soiling, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
Warranty does not apply to dye lot variance, and exact match of shade on fabric repairs cannot be assured. Leffler Home warrants the
frame against breakage due to defects in material for one year. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. If the original
fabric has been replaced by the customer, there would be no coverage under this warranty.
Leffler Home warrants to the original purchaser of first-quality Leffler Home upholstery from an authorized dealer that the furniture is free
from defects in material and workmanship as noted. Warranties do not apply to purchasers of as-is or distressed products or display
samples. Any costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty. Service claims under this warranty are to be made
through the retail store from which the furniture was purchased. To obtain proper service under this warranty, the original dated purchase
receipt indicating style and fabric descriptions should be kept.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not include:
• Any defects resulting from the incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, or commercial use.
• Any defects resulting from other than ordinary residential use or wear.
• The Commercial use of this product
• Improper cleaning or treatment is also excluded from this warranty.
• Evidence of animal use will void any and all warranty by Leffler Home
.
Leffler Home’s liability is limited to replacement or repair of damaged
merchandise.
