This parameter selects the speed reference source when the drive is set for MANUAL speed control
(seeparameter28 - AUTO/MANabove).The speed referenceoptionsare KEYPAD (UPand DOWN
ARROWkeys),or0-10VDC(fromaspeedpotwiredtoTB-2,5A,and6;orsomeother0-10VDC
source).

resettofactory defaults!The drive mustbe reprogrammedaftera RESETinorder toinsure
properoperation(seeParameter65-PROGRAM).

This parameter is used to select the source of the start/stop command and direction control. The following
settings are available:
LOCAL START/STOPandFORWARD/REVERSEcommandsfromthekeypadonly.
REMOTE START/STOP and FORWARD/REVERSE commands from the terminal strip only.
BOTH LOCAL operation if TB-13A or TB-13C is programmed for LOCAL SELECT and a
contact closure is made from TB-13A or TB-13C to TB-2. If the contact closure is not
made, the drive will be in REMOTE mode.

UNITSsetstheunitsoftheoutputspeedorPIDdisplayonthekeypad.Thefollowingchoicesareavailable:
Speed mode: HERTZ, RPM, %HZ, /SEC, /MIN, /HR, GPH, NONE
PID mode: %, PSI, FPM, CFM, GPM, IN, FT, /SEC, /MIN, /HR, F, C, MPM, GPH
NOTE:Ifoneofthe“pid”unitsisselected,butthedriveisinManual(open-loop)speedcontrolmodeor
PIDMODEisDISABLED,thedisplayedspeedunitswilldefaulttoHERTZ.Ifoneofthe“speed”unitsis
selected, but PID MODE is ENABLED and the drive is in Auto mode, the displayed PID units will default
to %.
32 HZ MULT (HERTZMULTIPLIER)
The HZ MULTIPLIER is used to scale the output speed indication on the display. If UNITS is set
for HERTZ or % HZ, this parameter has no effect. Multiplying the output frequency by the HZ
MULTIPLIER will yield the desired speed value on the display.
Example:ThedesiredspeedunitsisRPMwithastandard60Hz,1800RPMmotor.SetUNITStoRPM
andsetHZMULTto30.00.Thiswillresultinaspeeddisplayof1110RPMforanoutputfrequencyof37
Hz(37HzX30=1110RPM).Also,iftherewasa100:1gearreducerinthesystem,Parameter33-SPEED
DPbelowcouldbesettoXX.XXtorepresenttheoutputofthegearreducer(11.10RPMintheexample).
