Product Overview

At the heart of each UV PowerStar product is a compact, high quality and

reliable TSLC N3535 1-chip UV LED, with primary 55 or 125 degree lens,

featuring high radiometric power density and design ﬂexibility. The UV

PowerStar range is suited to demanding industrial applications and features a

vertical chip structure on a patented metal alloy substrate, offering advances in

optical output and high thermal conductivity. PowerStars are compact, powerful

LED light sources built on aluminium substrates for optimal thermal management.

Available with 200mm wires as standard.

These products generate UVA radiation which can

cause skin damage and conjunctivitis to humans and

animals within a short time. The skin and eyes must

be fully protected against exposure. You should be

aware that UVA radiation does not eliminate harmful

non-degradable substances such as heavy metals or

www.i-led.co.uk Important Information and Precautions z The PowerStar’s LED, when powered up, is very bright. Thus it is advised that you do not look directly at it. Turn the PowerStar away from you and do not shine into the eyes of others. z These devices emit high intensity UV/NUV light. Necessary precautions must be taken during operation. Do not look directly into the light or look through the optical system when in operation. Protective eyewear should be worn at all times during operation.

Our product fills the air pockets between the two surfaces, forming a continuous layer to conduct heat away from the LED to the Heatsink.
