4. Cut the wires and insert them in the load bar.

5. Slide the load bar until it sits against the cable jacket and cut the wires to approximately
1/4 in. (5 mm).
6. Trim the remaining wire tips and retract the cable to leave about 1/32 in. (1 mm) of wire.
