This symbol indicates that the patient applied part is Type BF (oating from electrical ground),
which offers a specic level of safety.
This symbol indicates that the switch electronically cycles the DC power On and Off for part of the
equipment.
Note: To disconnect the power, unplug from electrical outlet.

LED Technologies, Inc. warrants that your product (dpl® Flex) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for one year from the date of purchase by the original owner and is not assignable or transferable to another party. The
product must be used in a manner as presented in this user guide and only with the provided power supply.
