Quick Start Guide
Charging amor H2 Pro
Put the recorder on the charging cradle, and plug the USB
charging cable into the 5V power supply.
Charging temperature: 10°C ~ 40°C
Charging time: 1.5 ~ 2 hours
Avoid charging for a long time with the charger connected
Note: When using for the first time, please charge before
installation and pairing.
Charging progress will be displayed when charging.
When charging, the indicator of the charging cradle is solid
yellow and orange; when it is fully charged, the indicator is solid
green.
After charging, please put back the charging port plug.

Long press the physical button for 5 seconds to turn on amor

Wearing amor H2 Pro
Avoid wearing the watch too loose so that it cannot detect
signals or too tight to cause discomfort.
To ensure the accuracy of measurement, avoid wearing the
watch on the carpal bones.
amor H2 Pro can detect your heart rate and heart rate
variability through PPG optical signal measurement,
and can also use metal electrodes to measure eBP.
To start a compound measurement, tap any button to light up
the screen.
After the screen is lit,
short press the physical
button to activate the
measurement function.
Touch the metal electrode
with your finger and the
watch will begin to calibrate
after about 5 seconds. The
measurement will start after
the calibration is completed.
The measurement will take about 30 seconds. For the accuracy
of the measurement, please try not to move the hand wearing
the watch during the measuring process.

Short press the touch area to cycle through the information on
screen: time, date, number of steps, fatigue index, circulation
index, eBP index, heart rate, and battery level.

Short press the physical button twice to

Start a Body & Mental Energy Measurement on the APP
Turn on the Body & Mental Energy measurement function in the APP and tap the button on the top right of the APP (in the red circle).
Follow the steps below to start the operation. Do not speak and stay still during the measurement so as not to affect the measurement
results. After the measurement, it also provides self-context feedback during the measurement process (questionnaire)
This function is disabled by default. You can enable the event
logging function in the APP.
After the function is turned on, the
corresponding icon will appear in H2 Pro.
Short pressing the physical button will
automatically generate an event log.
Note: When the event logging function is turned on,
the recording process cannot be canceled.

c. If the product has the quality or quantity problem within 1 year of purchase, our company will provide repair services.
If you cannot provide the purchase invoice during the period described above, the start date will be the production date.

When you send your product for repairing, please mail the warranty documents (including warranty card and invoice) with your product to our

When refunding the product or exchanging the product for a new one, please contact the resellers and keep the product, accessories, and the

Repairing services do not include the shipping fee you pay for mailing the product to repairing station and the shipping fee our company pays for

mailing the product back to you. From the second year of purchase, the repairing fee we will charge you will be based on the repairing standards of

2. During the warranty period, our company will not provide free warranty services on any of the following situations :
a. Malfunctions due to human errors, including :
Malfunctions caused by improper using, maintenance, and preserving, or operating without following the instruction.

Malfunctions caused by dismantling the product or repairing through personnel unauthorized by our company.

b. Malfunctions caused by acts of God (such as fire, flood, earthquake, thunder shock, and so on).
c. Inability to provide warranty documents, revising warranty documents by yourself, or others.
Warranty terms and quality assurance

Leadtek provides the following warranty:
1. Warranty for one year from the date of purchase. If you cannot provide a purchase invoice, you will have a one year warranty from the date of shipment.
2. The repair service does not include the shipping charges generated when you send the product to the repair station and when the products are sent
back to you by the company; the repairs from the second year are charged according to the company's repair standards.
3. When the product is sent for repair, please pack it with the original packing material or suitable materials (such as carton, bubble bag or styrofoam, etc.).
If the product is damaged due to improper packing, the company will not provide warranty.
4. Please be sure to back up your data when you send the product for repair. The company does not assume responsibility for any damage or loss of data
resulting from the repair process.
5. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
a. The damage of the product is caused by disaster, flood, earthquake, or any other act of God.
b. The components have decay, short circuit, or malfunction, caused by natural or environmental factors (moisture and dust).
c. The damage of the product is caused by human errors or misuse.
d. The product is dismantled, repaired, modified, or adjusted by the user or the personnel unauthorized by our company.
e. The using problems and malfunctions caused by installing and setting up the software.
f. The problems and malfunctions caused by computer virus.
g. The sticker of factory warranty serial number is damaged, unable to verify, or missing.
h. Other misuses.
6. Regardless of whether it is within the warranty period or not, any damage not covered by the warranty, with your consent, will be charged according to
the company's repair standards.
7. The warranty of this product is only applicable to the product itself and does not include consumables, accessories and software.
8. For products covered by the warranty, if it cannot be repaired, the company has the right to replace it with a good product or a product of the same
grade.
9. For products not covered by the warranty, the company will charge a testing fee of 10 USD. The repair fees will be charged separately.
10. The company's warranty for the product is only limited to repair or replacement of the product; the company is not liable for any other damages or
inconvenience caused by the product.
