How to Reset NVE-P1

In the event the system requires a reset, pull over in a safe and legal manner before

doing so. Press the reset button on the Navigation Drive for at least 1 second. Then,

to restart the system, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The system

will re-start.

Note: NVE-P1 is not compatible with IVA-W205.

■ Docking with IVA-W203 or IVA-W505

■ Removing NVE-P1 from IVA-W203 and IVA-W505

Touch Open on the screen.

Press the eject button.

Remove Navigation Drive from the head unit.

Open head unit monitor.

Insert into the unit with the Alpine logo facing

up and the reset button on the right.

Press firmly into place.

Touch

Close to close head unit face.

Select Navigation as a source.
