Resolving Poor Print Quality
Print Result Description
Print is horizontally
stretched
Vertical misalignment
or banding
Print message printed
several times
Check if the main roller is not contacting the print surface.
The main roller must be flush with the print surface. If it is not flush
with the surface, this printing condition may occur.
This printing condition may be caused by an uneven print surface.
Special printin equipment will be required to resolve this issue.

This printing condition may result from the main roller moving too
fast during a print.
This printing condition can occur if the printing speed is too fast.
When the printing speed exceeds the guidances, the printer will
automatically stop printing.
Please maintain an appropriate printing speed to achieve good
print results.

Check whether the printer is tilted during printing.
The printer needs to be held parallel to the print surface.

Check whether the auxiliary roller is in contact with the print surface
during printing.
The auxiliary roller needs to be on the printing surface. Otherwise,
it may cause this print result.

Check if the ink or battery level is low.
If required, please replace the ink cartridge, replace the
rechargeable batteries, or recharge the batteries.

This printing condition can occur if the printing speed is too fast.
When the printing speed exceeds the guidances, the printer will
automatically stop printing.
Please maintain an appropriate printing speed to achieve good
print results.

The printout has horizontal misalignment or banding.
Please conduct a printhead printing test.
If the test results in the same printing issues, please clean the
printhead a few times.
Perform the printhead printing test again.

If cleaning doesn’t resolve the print condition, the printhead surface
may be scratched, or have a blockage.
Please replace the ink cartridge.
